Four weird tales of terror that will turn your blood to ice!!! Not a pro-grader, see below / pics for condition information.
"Beat but complete" - book appears to be complete, no cutouts, no tape, no signs of restoration. Front: obviously heavy creases all over - at the corners, readers creases, edge, etc... Dark cover shows it all. Several spine stress lines, edge wear, and some ink on the "W". Front cover and many of the pages have a tear midway up the non-spine edge, 1/2 - typical, from decades of holding / leafing through pages. Spine: has rough spots and some small splits at the ends and a gap at the staple - 80% intact, though it wouldn't take much to decrease that percentage. Cover is attached, but again, wouldn't take much. Back cover: age related dirt, some tanning... Lower right corner has a 1/2" x 3/4" piece of paper missing at the spine, some heavy rub upper left corner... Can see some of the stress lines, etc. Interior: darker pages, some dirt / staining on some, a few tears here and there on some pages in the margin again, likely from leafing through the pages. , pages held at staple but not super tight. As noted, a lower-end copy...That said, not a lot of these out there. Gerber Scarcity has this as "uncommon", indicating less that 200 likely to exist.
